On Android and computers, check your Downloads folder. On iPhone, open the Files app and go to Downloads.
Can I download from private accounts?
No. Only public posts work. Private, deleted and age-restricted posts are not available.
Do you keep copies of the videos?
No. Files stream from X’s servers to your device and are never stored on ours.
Can I repost what I download?
Only with the creator’s permission. Downloads are meant for personal, offline viewing.
How do I download X videos on Android?
Open X, tap Share on the post, then Copy link. Paste the link here in Chrome and tap Download. The video saves to your Downloads folder.
How do I convert an X video to MP4?
No conversion is needed. X stores videos as MP4, so the file you download is already MP4 and plays on any phone or computer.
